Ashton Senior Community

Ashton is located on the northern portion of the Viera East Golf Course. Some of the things that make this community unique are the tile roofs and the pavers, uniquely styled by Parrott Homes. This builder is a luxury home builder and they put the quality in, no matter what the square footage.

I am certainly partial to the 55+communities, but these few communities have captured my attention. Like all the other communities of Viera you are centrally located to all the amenities that you may need. They have a community pool, community library, spa, and fitness center. We also have the Space Coast Stadium within a few miles for great games and spring training.

I have been selling properties in Brevard County for several years. I love this community of Viera. It is home of over 52 communities, which all have access to the great shopping, entertainment, and facilities. There are a few 55+ communities, which I am personally fond of. However, I have been selling and listing quite a few homes in some of my favorite subdivisions. One of my favorites is Ashton.
