Brevard MLS gives us general information about the Communities of Viera; however, they can’t get you the essence of the communities like Realtor, Susan Swanson can. Canterbury is another one of those communities in the Viera East Golf course family of communities.

The Canterbury Community located on holes nine and ten around the clubhouse of Viera East Golf Course feature homes built by Barber Construction, DAMAR, Pulte and others. Just knowing that information, and the quality of the builders, you can only imagine that this community is unique in style and in floor plans.

These three to five bedroom homes are very unique. One floor plan is better than the other. The communities of Viera East community has low traffic, because of its proximity to the back of the Golf Course. Your Homeowners association is put in place to make sure that the quality of the living remains high. This is just another example of a community built for retirees, but not necessarily a 55+ community.
